Southeast Asian Cabbage Salad With Cucumber Peanuts & Cil

Ingredients

1 slice head cabbage
6 garlic
1/2 english cucumber
1 carrot
1/2 c distilled vinegar
3 tb sugar
3 tb soy sauce
2 chiles
1/4 c mild vegetable oil
5/8 c dry peanuts
3 coarsely

Instructions

-chopped cilantro Toss cabbage with garlic, cucumber, carrot, vinegar, sugar or honey, soy sauce or fish sauce, chiles and vegetable oil. Chill until ready to serve, then top with peanuts and cilantro. Serves 4 to 6.
