4 c rice 1/2 c peanuts 1/4 c butter 1/4 c honey 1 ts cinnamon 3/4 ts ginger
Instructions
Chopped Parsley Combine rice and peanuts. Set aside and keep warm. Combine butter and honey in a saucepan, cook over low heat just until butter melts. Stir in cinnamon and ginger. Pour over rice, stirring well. Garnish with parsley.
