1 lb pinto beans 6 c water 1/2 lb salt pork up 1 lb chuck steak 1 chili peppers 1/2 ts pepper 1 onions 2 garlic 6 oz tomato paste 1 1/2 tb chili powder 1 t salt 1 t cumin seed 1/2 ts marjoram
Instructions
Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. In slow-cooking pot, combine soaked beans (with water), browned pork, and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours. Recipe By :
