Ingredients
5 lb spaghetti squash
1 should
1 vegetable -for the diabeitic
4 ripe tomatoes
5 t olive oil
2 c garlic
1 t salt
1 black pepper
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c scallions
4 places with the tines of a fork
700 watts
1 t olive oil on a microwave-safe
1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole
1 1/2 vegetable exchange
1/2 high-fat meat exchange
1 fat exchange
