Speedy Ziti With Zesty Chicken
Ingredients
some prepare pasta according to directions
1 pound ziti
12 ounces chicken
2 teaspoons butter
1 onion
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
10 ounce pa peas defrosted
1/4 cup parsley
1 package salt and pepper
Instructions
When pasta is done, drain it well. Toss pasta and cooked chicken with sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve.
