6 sirloin steaks 4 ts peppercorns 1/2 c bottled steak sauce 2 tb dijon-sytle mustard 1 tb brown sugar 1 ts salt

Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!! ----
