Spicy Szechuan Chicken, From Joan Johnson

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts
4 ts cornstarch
1 egg
2 tb vegetable oil
3/4 thinly
1/4 green chiles
1/8 c shelled peanuts
1 clove garlic
1 ts sugar
2 tb soy sauce
3 tb dry sherry
2 tb green onions
1 ts ginger
2 t cornstarch over chicken
12 frying

Instructions
