Spinach-bacon Salad With Warm Dressing

Ingredients

10 oz spinach
1/4 lb mushrooms
1 onion
8 slices bacon
1 inc
2 dijon
2 t sugar
2 t wine vinegar
1 t worcestershire sauce
3 t lemon juice
12 skillet over moderately high heat until crisp about
5 tablespoons drippings

Instructions

Note: To make ahead, prepare the salad and dressing, but do not combine. Cover the salad with plastic food wrap and refrigerate. Before serving, heat dressing and toss with the salad.
