10 oz spinach 3/8 c green onions 1/4 c parsley 16 oz sour cream 1 c mayonnaise 1 package knorr leek soup mix 1/4 t garlic powder
Instructions
Salt & Pepper if desired Drain spinach well; squeeze out all excess moisture. Chop well by hand or in food processor. Combine with all other ingredients, blend well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
