1 lb washed spinach 1/2 ts salt 2 lard 1/2 ts pepper 1 tb shelled pine nuts 1 tb raisins
Instructions
Cook Spinach in 1 cup water, 5 minutes and drain well. Melt leaf lard or drippings in saucepan, add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes longer. Add nuts and raisins and serve. Serves 4.
