Squash Casserole

Ingredients

2 squash
1 piminto
2 onions
2 packages peppridge farm stuffing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 package cream chicken soup
4 carrots
1 stick of butter

Instructions

Cook squash in salted water and drain. Mash. Mix allother ingredients with squash except 1/2 stuffing mix.

Note: Half the stuffing to begin with. Mix half thestuffing mix with the butter. Line casserole dishwith part of butter mix. Fill with filling and topwith rest of butter mix. Cook 350 degree for 40minutes.
