Squid With Saffron Sauce

Ingredients

some pepper to tas
8 squid
1 t extra-virgin olive oil
2 onion
2 garlic clove
2 egg yolks
1/2 c parmesan chee
1/4 lb smoked ham
2 t parsley leaves
1 t olive oil
1 c dry wine
1 t crumbled saffron threads
1 bay leaf
1 t thyme
2 t italian parsley leav
1 with a toothpick

Instructions

seasoning and baste frequently. Remove the bay leaf, sprinkle the squid with the parsley, and serve.
