Stacked New Mexico Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 pepper sour cream sauce
1 tomato salsa
3 c chicken
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper
2 tb margarine
8 flour tortillas
1 margarine
1 c monterey jack cheese
2 recipes
8 in diameter
2 t margarine in
3 quart saucepan over heat
1/2 cup pepper sour cream sauce
2 tortillas on cookie sheet
5/8 cup chicken mixture on tortilla
5/8 cup chicken mixture

Instructions

and 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and filling is hot, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut quesadilla into wedges; serve with remaining Red Pepper-Sour Cream Sauce and the Fresh Tomato Salsa or with sour cream if desired.
