Stuffed Artichokes In Olive Oil

Ingredients

6 artichokes
1 water
6 lemons
2 tb flour
1 lb green fava beans
1 1/2 c olive oil
3 onions
1/2 c rice
2 ts sugar
3/4 c dill
2 qt water
1 c olive oil in skille onions
1/2 ts salt
1/2 c water
4 1/2 c liquid
1 1/2 reserved liquid
1/2 lemon

Instructions

for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low & simmer for 1 hour. The liquid will be continually absorbed so add more as needed.
