Stuffed Mexican Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lb beef chuck
1/2 c taco seasoning mix
2 t taco seasoning mix
3/8 c green pepper
3/8 c onion
1 1/2 slices bread
1 egg
2 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice avocado
1 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons tear bread bread crumbs
1/2 meat mixture in
2 3/4 loaf

Instructions

place cherry tomato in center of each avocado slice.
