Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients

2 lbs beef
28 oz tomato sauce
28 oz tomatoes
2 cup long rice
2 cup green bell pepper
2 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
