Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

8 green bell peppers
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 tb green onion
1 tb garlic
1/2 ts ginger
1/4 ts pepper
1/4 ts sugar
1/2 tb cornstarch dissolved in
1 tb water
2 chili peppers

Instructions

Before serving, brush the peppers with oil to make them shine & sprinkle with the chili peppers. Serve hot or at room temperature.
