Stuffed Steak Roll

Ingredients

1/2 top round
5 ts water
1 tb butter
1/2 c cornbread stuffing mix
2 tb carrot
2 slices green onions
2 ts kitchen bouquet
2 ts butter
2 ts unbleached flour
1/2 c water
2 ts dry sherry
1/2 ts instant beef bouillon
1/4 thickness
4 measure micro cook
5 t water
3 t butter
100 about
1/2 edge of the mea roll up jelly-roll style starting with the narrow end
1 t kitchen bouque brush over the meat roll
1/2 c water
1 t kitchen bouquet

Instructions

every 30 seconds. Slice meat roll into 1/2-inch thick slices. Remove string or wooden picks. Serve sauce with meat. ----
