Swedish Rye, Aunt Milly Swedenborg's
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons orange rind
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 gluten
1 cup rye flour pumperknickel
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
