Preheat oven to 325 F. Oil a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, blend molasses, honey, sweet potatoes, oil and eggs. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to potato mixture and stir untill well mixed. Spoon batter into loaf pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, about one hour. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool before slicing. Hint: Serve it with nonfat cream cheese.
