Texas Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
1 lb chorizo sausage
1 c onion
1 green bell pepper
3 tb margarine
12 eggs
10 flour tortillas
6 oz cheese
8 in diameter
10 skillet over heat
1 tbls of margarine in a skillet over heat until
1/4 cup sausage mixture onto of the tortillas
1/4 cup eggs
2 tbls of the cheese mixture
5 assembled tacos in ungreased jelly roll
Instructions
about 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat with the remaining tacos. Serve with the guacamole and salsa.
