Thai Chili Fish Sauce Vmxv03a

Ingredients

6 tb thai fish sauce
5 thinly scallions
3 tb lime
3 tb cilantro
1 1/2 tb serrano chilies
2 ts chili paste
1/2 ts garlic

Instructions
