Thai Fried Noodles

Ingredients

1/8 wide
1 lb flat rice noodles
3/4 c fish sauce
6 tb soy sauce
4 ts rice wine vinegar
2 tb sugar
4 ts high-quality paprika
1/4 c catsup
1/2 c vegetable oil
8 oz pork
2 ts chili
1 chile
4 eggs
8 oz sized shrimp
10 bean sprouts
3 slices green onions
1/2 c dry peanuts
1/4 c cilantro shrimp cilantro sprigs lemon
6 lengths
30 tablespoon secon push the noodles to one side
1/4 cup peanuts

Instructions

Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro, remaining 1/4 cup peanuts, and dried shrimp. Garnish with the remaining bean sprouts, cilantro sprigs, and lemon or lime wedges, and serve immediately. Diners squeeze lemon or lime juice to taste. Serves 8 as a pasta course, or 4 as a main course
