Toasted Almond Soup The Inn At Long Last
Ingredients
some salt
2 qt chicken
3/8 c long rice
1/2 c blanched almonds
1 t butter
1 onion
1 t garlic
1/4 c dry sherry
2 t almond paste
1 orange
1 c evaporated skim milk
1 1/4 c slivered almonds
10 skillet with pam
Instructions
Garnish soup with toasted almonds and the merest bit of orange zest.
