Toffee Chip Squares
Ingredients
1 c butter
3 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 3/4 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 t butter
1 t water
1 bits o brickle baking chips
13 baking
2 squares
Instructions
