Tofu & Rice With Vegetables
Ingredients
1 slice onion
1/2 slices green pepper thinly
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/2 lb spinach torn bite sized
1 mung bean sprouts
1 block firm tofu
1/4 c sesame seeds
2 low-sodium tamari
4 c brown rice
1/4 c water
Instructions
Min. To Wilt Spinach. 4. Mix in 4 C. Cooked Brown Rice. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
