Tomaot & Hot Green Pepper Salad, Essaouira Style
Ingredients
4 tomatoes
4 green bell peppers
1 cucumber
1 tb chili peppers
1 lemon jiuice
3 tb olive oil
2 tb parsley
1/4 ts cumin
2 garlic
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & blend gently. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
