2 onions 2 garlic 1 ts olive oil 4 c tomatoes 1 c sweet peppers 1/4 c celery 2 tb green chilies 2 stock 2 ts dill 2 tb cilantro 1/2 ts cayenne 1/4 ts cumin
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper. Serve warmed or chilled. Nava Atlas, "Vegetariana"
