Tomato Lace Quiche
Ingredients
2 c rice
1 egg
3 tb parmesan cheese
1/4 c green onion
1 ts butter
3 eggs
1 c evaporated skim milk
1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
1 ts italian mixed herbs
1/2 t oregano
1/4 ts salt
1/8 ts coarsely pepper
1 from hea stir in tomato

9. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice to serve.
