Tuscan Cheesecake
Ingredients
3 lb ricotta cheese
8 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c milk
2 oranges
2 lemons
2 5/8 grand mariner
1 tb clarified butter
1/4 c bread crumbs
3/4 way with cheesecake mixture
1/2 full with water
Instructions
let cool, and refrigerate. This moist, light, and fluffy cheesecake is truly ''la dolce vita''.
