Upside-down Pineapple-raisin-carrot Cake
Ingredients
1 c raisins
1 package pineapple
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c margarine
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1 ts vanilla extract
1 c carrots
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts ginger
1/2 cup juice
1/4 cup margarine in
10 ovenproof skille blend in brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup margarine with granulated sugar until
3/8 dry ingredients creamed mixture
1/2 cup reserved syrup until blended
350 degree oven
