Veal A La Madelon
Ingredients
some cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 c flour
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 t vegetable oil
2 lb veal
1 c boiling water
1/2 t sage
1 c cream
2 t parsley
10 skillet
3 tablespoons table-spoons oil on top of a conventional surface uni
Instructions
Stir occasionally. 10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
