Vegetable And Beef Stroganoff With Noodles

Ingredients

1 t extra olive oil
1 ts extra olive oil
2 slices onions
1 slice bell pepper
10 oz beef tenderloin
1/2 ts black pepper
1/2 c low-sodium tomato paste
3 t parsley
2 t worcestshire sauce
3 mushroom caps
2 c snow peas
2 c beef broth
2 t cornstarch in
1/2 cup water
3/4 c nonfat sour cream
1 t dill
1 ts dill
6 pound broad noodles
