Vegetable Curry From Nepal
Ingredients
3 slices onions
3 garlic
1 ts coriander
1 ts turmeric
1/2 ts cumin
1/4 ts dry mustard
6 c potatoes
1 ds peanut oil for flavor
4 1/2 c broccoli
2 tomatoes
1 ts curry powder
Instructions
Cover and simmer until all veggies are tender. Serve over rice.
