Vegetable Loaf

Ingredients

3 tb vegetable oil
2 garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
1/2 lb mushrooms
5/8 tamari
1 ts parsley
1/4 ts cayenne pepper
4 potatoes
1/4 c soy milk
3/8 c vegetable oil
3 tb orange juice
1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 c wheat flour

Instructions

Serve with vegetables on the side, such as mashed turnip, peas or beans, & cabbage. Or whatever. "The Cookbook For People Who Love Animals"
