1 c couscous
15 oz black beans
8 3/4 oz no salt added
8 oz water
1 slice water
1/2 c green onions
2 tb pickeled jalapeno
1 c skim ricotta cheese
2 tb balsamic vinegar
2 ts sesame oil
1 ts cumin
6 c spinach leaves
5 ingredients
2 baking dish coated with cooking spray
1 cup spinach on
