Vegetarian Tamale Filling

Ingredients

some garlic
2 c sharp cheddar cheese
2 c swiss
5/8 c black olives
5/8 c pine nuts
2 onions
2 tb oregano
2 ts cumin
1 package kernel corn
2 ts olive oil
