Veggie Burgers 1
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups carrots
1/2 cup string beans
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup onions
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together shape into patties. Brown patties on both sides place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
