Venison-Deer Swiss Steak
Ingredients
some dredge your meat in
3 lb venison
1/2 c flour
1/2 ts salt
1 ts dry mustard
1/2 ts black pepper
1 bacon grease
1 slice bacon
1 package stewed tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
12 oz beer
1 tb worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts marjoram
2 c beef bouillon
1 tb brown sugar
1 salt
3 hrs until meat is tender
