Ingredients

1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
1 package chocolate alba
77 shake
2 tablespoons water
3/4 ounce rice krispies
2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

Mix: peanut butter, chocolate Alba '77 and hot water together until creamy. Ad d: Rice Krispies and raisins, mix together. Shape into a bar. Freeze. Equals : 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 milk.
