Warm Brownie Pudding Cake

Ingredients

3/4 c granulated sugar
1 1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts salt
5/8 c unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c milk
3 tb butter
1 ts vanilla extract
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c boiling water
9 baking
5/8 cup cocoa in bowl

Instructions
