Yeast Cakes
Ingredients
1/4 hops
1 cup water
1 potato
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cornmeal for dipping
1/4 hops in a
1 c water
3/8 c hops water after strainin
1 c potato liquid
1/4 c flour a nd
1/2 c cornmeal
2 t paster for cake
1 hand led
Instructions
Dry for several days on wire rack, turning daily. They may be used immediately , but they must be perfectly dry before storing in a cool place or the refriger ator. Makes 16 cakes.
