Ingredients

6 lamb leg
1/4 c butter
1 onion
1 c tomato puree
1 cinnamon bark
4 c boiling water
2 orzo
1/4 c kefalotiri cheese
1/2 c haloumy
180 oc
4 cm

Instructions

mixture looks dry. When pasta is tender, sprinkle cheese over pasta and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
