Ingredients
- 14 sauerkraut
- 3/4 caraway seed
- 450 gr corned beef
- 350 ml water
- 180 gr dry rice
- 120 gr prepared thousand island dressing
- 45 gr swiss cheese
Strips Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large skillet.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4 servings.
