Berry Best Fried Pies

• 1 cooking oil for frying
• 1 tbps blueberry filling on circle
• 1/2 circles
• 1/2 oil until golden brown (hot)
• 1/8 in thickness
• 250 gr all purpose flour
• 120 ml water
• 120 ml vegetable oil
• 100 gr sugar
• 80 ml buttermilk
