- 300 gr chocolate broken in (solid white)
- 280 gr sweet butter at (room temp)
- 250 gr sugar
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 110 gr cocoa powder
- 14 gr sweet butter for buttering
