Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 1 ts salt
- 1/4 ts fine herbs
- 1/8 ts pepper
Combine all ingredients and form into 3 to 4 round patties. Broil or grill to desired doneness. Makes 3 ~ 4 servings. Tip: Serve on hamburger bun or atop toasted buttered French bread, or serve plain meat patties with boiled potatoes, vegetable and salad. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@msn.com
