- 4 eggs
- 400 gr sugar
- 350 ml oil
- 260 gr carrots (grated)
- 250 gr flour
- 70 gr nuts
- 9 gr baking powder
- 7 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 1 package pineapple
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add sugar and oil to flour mixture.
Add eggs, pineapple, nuts and carrots, mix well.
Bake in bundt pan (or large cake pan) at 180ºC or 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool a few minutes in pan, turn out on wire racks.
