Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 300 gr sugar
- 190 gr flour
- 110 gr nuts
- 4 ml soda
- 3 gr baking powder
- 2 gr cinnamon
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in apples and nuts. Bake at 190ºC or 40 minutes. Randy Rigg
