Ingredients
- 2 kernal corn (whole)
- 2 eggs
- 2 oleo
- 1 green chile
- 1 buttered cracker crumbs
- 240 ml milk
- 110 gr thinly cheddar cheese (sliced)
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 16 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
Melt oleo, add flour, add milk and cook unti thick. Drain corn and add to eggs, and bread crumbs. Add to oleo, flour and milk mix. In a deep casserole, put half of the corn mixture, layer one third cheese and peppers, make 2 more layers. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake 45 min at 180ÂșC . This dish may be frozen ahead of time.
